The Department Of Education – Division Of Misamis Oriental, Through The Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty Seven Million, Two Hundred Fifty-five Thousand, Five Hundred Thirty-nine Pesos And Thirty-six Centavos (php 37,255,539.36) Broken Down As Follows: Lot No. 1 Construction Of New School Clinic At Balingasag Central School, Balingasag, Misamis Oriental- Php 2,784,018.17 Lot No. 2 Construction Of One (1) Storey – Two (2) Classrooms School Building (with Common Toilet) With Provision Of Rainwater Collector, School Furniture And Solar Pv Energy System At Kalitian Elementary School, Kinoguitan, Misamis Oriental- Php 17,738,316.35 Lot No. 3 Construction Of One (1) Storey – Two (2) Classrooms School Building (with Common Toilet) With Provision Of Rainwater Collector, School Furniture And Solar Pv Energy System At Lonsi Elementary School, Alubijid, Misamis Oriental- Php 16,733,204.84 Total Php 37,255,539.36 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Early Procurement Activity (epa) On The Construction Of School Buildings And School Clinic Of The Department Of Education – Division Of Misamis Oriental With Project Identification Number, Pb-bac1-construction-2024-001. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Per Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
