Description Repair/restoration Of Dcp Laptops (including The Reinstallation Of Windows 10 Os And Microsoft Productivity Applications) Repair/restoration 104 Pcs Schools’ Dcp Laptops Check-up/diagnostic Services; Replacement Of Non-working Spareparts; Restoration/reinstallation Of Operating Systems (windows 10/11) And Hardware Drivers. (unit Cost Refers To Each Successful Repair As Service Charge) 1,250 Note: Each Laptop Shall Have Job Order Slip To Be Provided By The Service Center/representative With Findings/resolution For Each Successful Repair Shall Cost P 1,250 As Service Charge. In Case The Laptop Is Beyond Repair, Findings Shall Be Stated In The Job Order Slip And Shall Be Charged P 400.00 In Case A Replacement Of Peripheral/part Is Necessary, Functional Part/s Can Be Taken Out From Laptops Labelled In The Jos As “beyond Repair”. Other Parts Replacement Procured By The Service Center Shall Be Provided With Invoice And Shall Be Charged From The Accumulated Remaining Amount Of Any Unrepaired Laptops (p 1,250 – P 400 = P 750.00) But Shall Not Exceed The Total Abc.
