Use Of Big Function Room For The Plenary Sessions Enough For The 269 Participants. 3. Provision Of Good Sound System With 3 Microphones Preferably Wireless In The Plenary Hall. 4. Provision Of 3 Breakout Session Halls Big Enough To Accommodate At Least 90 Participants Per Hall. 5. With Up To 50 To 100 Mbps Internet Connection. 6. With Functional Hot And Cold-water Dispenser/s In The Function Halls. 7. Offers Free-flowing Coffee During The Activity. 8. Double/triple Sharing Airconditioned Room In Separate Bed (1:1 Pax-bed Ratio), With Tv, Electric Kettle, Coffee/tea & Bottled Water And Free Toiletries. 9. Foods To Be Served Must Be Healthy And Nutritious And Provide Halal Food For Muslim Participants And Other Non-pork Eaters. 10.
