Description Invitation To Bid For Procurement Of Courier Services For Fy 2025 (early Procurement Activity) 1. The Department Of Education Region -ix, Through The Government Of The Philippines Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 400,000.00) Being The Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Courier Services For Fy 2025 With Project Identification Number 2024-10-212. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Education Region -ix Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Courier Services For Fy 2025. Contract Duration Will Start Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed By The Service Provider And Until December 31, 2025. Prospective Bidder Should Have Completed, Within A Period Of Three (3) Years Immediately Preceding The Deadline For Submission Of Bids, Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Contract To Be Bid And The Value Of Which, Adjusted, If Necessary, By The Bidder To Current Prices Using The Philippine Statistics Authority’s (psa’s) Consumer Price Index (cpi), Must Be At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc Of The Lot Bid For. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. A. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat Through Manual Submission At The Office Address Indicated Below On Or Before 1:30 Pm November 21, 2024. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 8. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 14. 9. Bid Opening Shall Be At 2:00 Pm November 21, 2024 At The Conference Hall, Deped Ro- 9, President Corazon C.
