The Department Of Education-schools Division Of Isabela, Through The Fy 2023 Gaa Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Forty-six Thousand Seventy-three Pesos (1,446,073.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract With Project Identification No. 2024-11-07. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Bidders Should Have Completed At Least One (1) Contract That Is Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc Similar To The Project. If The Bidder Has No Single Contract Equivalent To 50% Of The Abc, Bidder Should Have Completed At Least Two (2) Similar Contracts And The Aggregate Contract Amounts Should Be Equivalent To At Least 50% Of The Abc And The Largest Of These Similar Contracts Must Be Equivalent To At Least Half Of The 50% Of The Abc.
