Scope Of Work The Survey Works Shall Be Conducted As Follows: Phase I: Preparation Of Survey For The Identified Schools 1. To Conduct An Ocular Inspection For Familiarization Of The Area For Survey; 2. To Conduct Research For The Documents, Survey Plans/ And/ Or Technical Description Of The Lots To Be Surveyed; 3. To Conduct A Survey On The Perimeter Of The 26 Identified Schools; 4. To Prepare (4) Sets Of Plans As Follows: A. Survey Of Individual Technical Descriptions Of Schools; And B. Polyethylene Copy Of The Survey Plan Signed By The Concerned Officials 5. To Install Permanent Markings/concrete Monuments To The Boundaries Of The Identified Surveyed School Sites. Phase 2: To Secure Approval From The Land Management Bureau Or Department Of Environmental And Natural Resources Regional Offices Or Any Authorized Agency, The Final Survey Plan Including Technical Descriptions Of The Identified Schools Will Be Surveyed. C. Timetable 1. Phase 1- Within Thirty-five (35) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice Of Award; And 2. Phase 2- Within Sixty (55) Calendar Days Upon Completion Of Phase 1. Important Notes: Given The Nature Of The Services To Be Provided, The Winning Service Provider May Request For Extension Of The Timetable In Writing Addressed To The Head Of The Procuring Entity.
