Mordeno Es, Brgy. San Juan, Alegria, Surigao Del Norte Under Beff 2024, Batch 1 Project Description: Repair/rehabilitation Of School Buildings Of L.j. Mordeno Es, Brgy. San Juan, Alegria, Surigao Del Norte Under Beef 2024 Batch 1 Name Of School: L.j. Mordeno Elementary School Location: Brgy. San Juan, Alegria, Surighao Del Norte No. Cl To Be Repaired: 6 Classrooms Abc: Php 3,734,128.14 Project Duration: 120 C.d. Scope Of Works: Concreting Works Rebar Works Fabricated Materials And Hardware Steel Works Roofing Works Ceiling And Carpentry Works Electrical Works Plumbing Works Painting Works Tile Works Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Deped, Through The Division Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Bac Secretariat At Sgod Office And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Indicated Herein For Issuance Of Bidding Documents During Office Hours. 5. For Those Who Are Interested To Purchase The Bidding Documents, Two (2) Options Are Made Available, To Wit: A.
