The Department Of Education – Schools Division Of Santiago City, Through The General Appropriations Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Seventy-seven Thousand Seventy Three Pesos And 36/100 (php 3,077,073.36) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Pi-cb-2024-003: Electrification Of Un-energized Schools And Modernization Of Electrical Systems Of On-grid Schools Of Baluarte Elementary School. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Education – Schools Division Of Santiago City Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 150 Calendar Days. School Id : 103835 Project Description : Upgrading Of Electrical System (overhead System) Location : Baluarte Elementary School, Baluarte, Santiago City, Isabela Abc : Php 3,077,073.36 3. The Bidder Must Have An Experience Of Having Completed A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) That Is Similar To This Project, Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc Adjusted, If Necessary, By The Bidder To Current Prices Using The Psa’s Cpi, Except Under Conditions Provided For In Section 23.4.2.4 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Further, Bidders Must Be A Licensed Contractor Of The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Registration Particulars Sp-ee (electrical Work) Minimum Category A; Hence, Contractors/bidders With Mere Pcab Classification For General Engineering And/or General Building Are Not Eligible To Participate In Electrification And Solar Projects Involving Infra/construction. 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 5.
