The Department Of Education (deped) Schools Division Office Of Laguna, Through The Fy 2024 Government Appropriations Act (gaa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Four Hundred Forty-two Thousand Six Hundred Forty-eight And 7/100 Pesos Only (php3,442,648.07) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Cy 2024 Basic Education Facilities Fund (beff) Repair/rehabilitation Of Classrooms Program Batch 1 (san Francisco Es, Victoria, Laguna), With Project Identification Number R4a-2024-017. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Education (deped) Schools Division Office Of Laguna Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 180 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
