(10) Payment Shall Be Made After Delivery And Upon Submission Of The Required Supporting Documents. (11) The Supplier Must Pay The Procuring Entity Liquidated Damages, Not By Way Of Penalty, An Amount Equal To One-tenth (1/10) Of One Percent (1%) Of The Cost Of The Delayed Goods Or Services Scheduled For Delivery Or Performance For Every Day Of Delay.
