The Deped, Schools Division Of Camarines Sur, Through The School Based Feeding Fund Cy 2024 (ro-5-24-0280) Intends To Apply The Sum Shown In Table Below Being The Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Iron Fortified Rice For 25 Feeding Days (5 Projects) Broken Down As Follows: Lot No. Description Quantity Abc 5 Lot 5 - Supply And Delivery Of 250-350gms Iron Fortified Rice For 25 Feeding Days For 5th Congressional Districts 405,450 Packs P8,919,900.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Per Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Deped, Schools Division Of Camarines Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For Projects 159 Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years Prior To The Deadline For The Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project, And The Value Of Which, Adjusted, If Necessary, By The Bidder To Current Prices Using The Philippine Statistics Authority’s (psa’s) Consumer Price Index (cpi), Must Be At Least Twenty-five Percent (25%) Of The Abc Of The Lot Bid For.
