The Department Of Education (deped), Schools Division Of Antique, Through The Fy 2024 Gaa Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Seven Hundred Seventy-four Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-four Pesos Only (php1,774,524.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of School Based Feeding Program - Sterilized Milk For Undernourished School Children In The Schools Division Of Antique (re-bid) With Details Below: Quantity Unit Of Issue Item Description Drop Off Point Abc 93,396 180-200 Ml (pouch/ Pack) Sterilized Milk Various District Schools In Mainland Antique 1,774,524.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Education (deped), Schools Division Of Antique Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required On The Date Specified In Section Vi - Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184.
