Pascua Requiring The Bidders For The Procurement Of Deped Electrification Program Including Solar Electrification Projects To Be A Licensed Contractor Of The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Registration Particulars Sp-ee (electrical Work). Prospective Contractors/bidders Must Have A Valid Pcab License, A Registration Particular As Mentioned Above, And An Allowable Range For The Cost Of Contract To Be Bid Prior To Participating In Any Bidding To Be Conducted By The Department And To Be Eligible To Undertake The Project. 4.
