The Department Of Education-schools Division Office Of Abra (deped-sdo Abra), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Intends To Apply The Total Amount Of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos And Zero Centavos (php 1,700,000.00) For The Procurement Of Accommodation, Foods And Conference Facilities/session Hall For The Division Rollout Of The Abc+ Project On Instruction Leadership Training (ilt) - Batch 1 And 2. Details Of The Project Are As Follows: Lot No. Unit Item Description Quantity Unit Cost Abc 1 Pax Accommodation, Foods And Conference Facilities/session Hall For 5 Days (march 12 – 16, 2024) Preferably Within Baguio City 85 Pax 10,000.00 850,000.00 Pax Accommodation, Foods And Conference Facilities/session Hall For 5 Days (march 21 – 25, 2024) Preferably Within Baguio City 85 Pax 10,000.00 850,000.00 Total Abc: 1,700,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Education, Schools Division Of Abra Now Invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (philgeps) Registered Contractors To Apply For Eligibility And To Bid For The Procurement Of Accommodation, Food And Conference Facilities For The Division Rollout Of The Abc+ Project On Instruction Leadership Training (ilt) - Batch 1 And 2. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required On The Date Specified Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within At Least One (1) Year From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
