Description Invitation To Bid For The Rehabilitation Including Supply And Delivery Of Materials, Installation, Repainting, And Demolition Works Including Labor Of The Office Of The Da-undersecretary For Specials Concerns & Assistant Secretary For Finance 1. The Department Of Agriculture (da) – Office Of The Secretary, Through The Gass Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Pesos: Six Million Five Hundred Thousand (php6,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Rehabilitation Including Supply And Delivery Of Materials, Installation, Repainting, And Demolition Works Including Labor Of The Office Of The Da-undersecretary For Special Concerns & Assistant Secretary For Finance Under Ib No. 085-24. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Da – Office Of The Secretary Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion And Implementation The Scope Of Works Is Required Within Sixty (60) Working Days To Complete And Shall Commence Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
