Any Deviation For The Above Menu Due To Uncontrollable Events, The Supplies Shall Notify At Least A Day Before The Target Service Day. 3 The Winning Bidder Must Provide All The Utensils Needed And Remove Immediately All Utensils Every After Meals. 4 The Winning Bidder Must Conform To The Tacloban City Ordinance No. 2023-15-06 Or The Plastic And Styrofoam Packaging Regulation Ordinance In The Utilization Of Single-use-plastics, Plastic Bags And Styrofoam. 5 In Case Of Confirmed Findings That The Food Served Is The Cause Of Any Food Borne Related Health Problem Of The Attending Participants, The Registered Owner Shall Be Held Liable In Accordance To Existing Law. 6 Processing Of Payment Shall Be Made After Rendered Of Satisfactory Services, Inspection, And Acceptance And Upon Completion Of All Documentary Requirements Per Lot. 7 The Winning Bidder Shall Submit A Snapshot Of Lbp Savings Account To Effect Payment. 4.
