The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (da Rfo 5), Through The General Appropriation Act (gaa) For Cy 2024 – Paef & Pss Lives Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nineteen Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php19,900,000.00) Being The Total Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Itb No. 42-goods-livestock-2024. Particulars Abc Lot 1 – For Calibrated Repopulation Feeds 5,700,000.00 Lot 2 – For Integrated National Swine Production Initiative For Recovery And Expansion Program (inspire) Feeds 9,700,000.00 Lot 3 – For Production Center 4,500,000.00 Grand Total 19,900,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Partial Bid Is Allowed. 2. The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Feeds Under Calibrated Repopulation, Inspire Projects, And For Production Center Of Livestock And Poultry Program (per Lot Basis) Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
