Velez St., Guadalupe Cebu City. Scope Of Work Part A. General Requirements: Provision Of Field Office For The Engineers (rental Basis); Project Billboard/signboard (coa Recommended); Occupational Safety And Health Program; Removal Of Structures And Obstruction; Part B. Miscelleneous Works: Waterproofing; Glazed Tiles; 4.5mm Fiber Cement Board On Metal Frame Ceiling; Painting Works (fiber Cement Board); Doors And Windows Accessories (includes Comfort Room Accessories); Wall Crack Repair And Roofing Sealant; Additional Pipe Support. Boq Notes: 1) The Bidder Must Furnish The Unit Cost Derivation Or Detailed Estimates For Each Work Item. It Is Advised To Include All Materials Outlined In The Approved Detailed Engineering Design (ded) Within The Detailed Estimates.
