The Department Of Agriculture-regional Field Office-cordillera Administrative Region (da-rfo-car), Through The 2025 National Expenditure Program(nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Pesos (p2,475,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract “supply Of Labor, Materials And Equipment Rentals For The Improvement Of Ayangwa-magayam Pon-e Irrigation Canal In Poblacion, Lubuagan, Kalinga In Support To Rice Program (epa)”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Da-rfo-car Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
