The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office 10 (da Rfo 10), Through The Nep Fy 2025 Gas-(afd) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Three Hundred Ninety One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (php1,391,250.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Provision Of Food, Venue & Accommodation (training – City Site), For The Conduct Of Workshop On The Preparation Of Financial Accountability Reports (fars) For Fy 2024 4th Quarter, Including Discussion On Issues, Updates And Mandatory Related Requirements Of The Operating Units With Identification No. 2024-149/kmp-epa Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office 10 Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required On The Scheduled Dates Of The Activity. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
