Payment Shall Be Made After The Complete Delivery Of The Goods/items To The Designated Drop-off Points, Inspection, And Acceptance, Billing And Submission Of Invoice And Delivery Receipt. D. Any Delay On The Delivery Of Item Shall Be Subjected To Liquidated Damages Equivalent To 1/10 Of 1% Of The Contract Price Per Day Of Delay Of The Undelivered Items. E. The Winning Bidder Must Submit A Snapshot Of Lbp Savings Account To Effect Payment. 4.
