The Department Of Agriculture (da) – Central Office, Through The Gaa Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Pesos: Three Million Four Hundred Ninety-two Thousand Nine Hundred (php3,492,900.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Lease Of Photocopying Machines For The Department Of Agriculture (da) For Calendar Year 2025 Under Ib No. 004-25. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Da – Central Office Now Invites Bids For Lease Of Photocopying Machines For The Department Of Agriculture (da) For Calendar Year 2025. All Photocopying Units Must Be Delivered, Installed, Tested And Configured Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
