The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (da Rfo 5), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) For Cy 2024-paef Corn Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (php4,120,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Itb No. 26-goods-corn 2024, As Follows: Lot Description Abc (php) (inclusive Of Vat) 1 Corn Husker Sheller & Hammer Mill ₱2,300,000.00 2 Silage/forage Chopper ₱1,820,000.00 Grand Total ₱4,120,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Partial Bid Is Allowed. 2. The Da Rfo 5 Now Invites Bids For The Following: Lot 1 - 6 Units Corn Husker Sheller - ₱2,300,000.00 Lot 2 – 1 Unit Silage / Forage Chopper - ₱1,820,000.00 Grand Total ₱4,120,000.00 Additional Requirement Upon Opening Of Bids: Amtec Test Result (lots 1 & 2) Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
