The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (da Rfo 5), Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) For Fy 2025- Hvcdp Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nineteen Million Eight Hundred Forty Four Thousand Three Hundred Fifteen Pesos (php19,844,315.00) Being The Total Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Itb No. 03-goods-hvcdp-2025 As Follows: Lot 1- Hybrid Vegetable Seeds 14,684,965.00 Lot 2- Opv Vegetable Seeds 5,159,350.00 Total P19,844,315.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Partial Bid Is Allowed. 2. The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5now Invites Bids For The Following: Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
