The Department Of Agriculture-western Visayas, Through The National Expenditure Program 2025 (early Procurement Short Of Award), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nineteen Million Eight Hundred One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Pesos And 20/100 (php19,801,980.20) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Works For The Construction Of Salvacion Small Water Impounding Project/ib No. 2025-002 (amv) To Be Constructed At Brgy. Salvacion, Nueva Valencia, Guimaras. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Agriculture-western Visayas Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Works For The Additional Works For The Construction Of Salvacion Small Water Impounding Project At Brgy. Salvacion, Nueva Valencia, Guimaras. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 196 Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
