Description 1. In View Of The Two-failed Bidding Conducted For The Project, The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office - Mimaropa, Through The Fy2024 Gaa Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Eighty-five Thousand One Hundred Forty-eight Pesos & 30/100 (php1,485,148.30) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Establishment Of Green House With Hydroponic System In El Nido, Palawan Under The National Urban And Peri-urban Agriculture Program (nupap). Bids In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office - Mimaropa Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites For Negotiation To A Technically, Legally And Financially Capable Contractor For The Aforementioned Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required In Fifty-four (54) Calendar Days At Brgy. Teneguiban, El Nido, Palawan. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract 50% Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. The Procurement Of The Project Will Be Conducted Though Negotiated Procurement (two-failed Bidding), An Alternative Method Of Procurement, In Accordance With Section 53.1 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulation Of Republic Act No. 9184. The Selection Of The Successful Offer Shall Be Based On The Best And Final Offer That Will Be Submitted On The Specified Date Shown Below, And Which Would Meet The Eligibility And Technical Requirement. 4. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders From The Bac Secretariat At The Given Address And Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee In The Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos (php5,000.00) Cash Not Later Than The Submission Of Their Bids. 6.
