The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) For Cy 2025 Gas, Doppp F2c2, Mds, Fpma-hvcdp Funds Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Three Hundred Five Thousand Pesos (php4,305,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Itb No. 02-goods-afd-2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
