Description Invitation To Bid For The Supply, Configuration, And Deployment Of One (1) Year Cloud Service The Department Of Agriculture (da) – Central Office, Early Procurement Activity (epa) Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Pesos: Twenty-nine Million (php29,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply, Configuration, And Deployment Of One (1) Year Cloud Service Under Ib No. 006-25. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Da – Central Office Now Invites Bids For Supply, Configuration, And Deployment Of One (1) Year Cloud Service. The Supply, Configuration, And Development Must Be Completed Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From Conforme Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Years 2021 To 2024 Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
