The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on works of a similar nature over the last three years. The information to be provided includes project name, name of employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay and work completed. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 198.71 Lakhs in the last three years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to provide details of existing commitments and ongoing works, including the value of contract and value of works remaining to be completed. The bidder should also have achieved in at least one year an annual financial turnover (in civil engineering construction works of similar nature only) of value not less than Rs 496.76 Lakhs in the last three financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have total monetary value of construction works performed for each year of the last 3 years. The value of contract is to be mentioned in Rs. Lakhs. The bidder should also have availability of liquid assets and/or credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments and exclusive of any advance payments, of not less than Rs.6209750.
