Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Services For The Preventive Maintenance Of Airconditioining Units At The Dar Central Office (darco) Cy 2024 Pbd-043b-24-07 (re-bid) 1. The Department Of Agrarian Reform, Through The General Appropriations Act Of 2024 And Based On The Annual Procurement Plan For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Philippine Pesos One Million Four Hundred Forty-six Thousand Only (php 1,446,000.00), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Preventive Maintenance Of Airconditioning Units At The Dar Central Office For Cy 2024/pbd-043b-24-07 (re-bid). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Agrarian Reform Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project, The Details Of Which Can Be Found In The Schedule Of Requirements And The Technical Specifications Sections Of The Bidding Documents. Contract Duration Shall Commence Ten (10) Calendar Days Upon The Winning Bidder’s Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed Until December 31, 2024. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed Within A Period Of Three (3) Years Immediately Preceding The Deadline For Submission Of Bids A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar In Nature To The Contract To Be Bid, The Value Of Which Should Be At Least 50% Of The Abc. Bidders Must Bid For All The Items/services Required In This Procurement Package. Delivery Of The Services Is Required Within Ten (10) Calendar Days From The Supplier’s Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp) Issued By Dar.
