Description Invitation To Bid For The Provision Of Security Services For Fy 2025 The Department Of Agrarian Reform (dar) Provincial Office Quezon I, Under The National Expenditure Program (nep) For 2025, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Pesos And 32/100 (php 766,630.32) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), For The Procurement Of Security Services For Six (6) Months Starting January 1, 2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. The Dar Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of: Security Services Three (3) Security Guards Php 766,630.32 2. Delivery Of The Above Services Shall Commence On January 1, 2025 To June 30, 2025. Bidders Should Have Completed, For The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder May Be Found In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
