The Dar Regional Office No. X, Through The Cy 2024 Agrarian Reform Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Pesos (p 10,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply, And Delivery Of Two (2) Units 49.5hp 4wd Tractor. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dar Regional Office No. X Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
