Description Invitation To Bid Supply And Delivery Of Farm Machinery/ Equipment (fme) For Major Crop-based Block Farming (mcbf) Under The Climate Resilient Farm Productivity Support Project (crfpsp) For The Province Of Rizal 1. The Department Of Agrarian Reform-province Of Rizal (dar-rizal), Through The General Appropriation Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,500,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot/item, Riz-arbdsp-2024-001. Lot No. Item Description Quantity Abc 1 Rice Combined Harvester (32 To 40 Hp) 1 ₱ 1,500,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dar-rizal Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be Within 90 Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
