The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources – Masbate, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Pesos Only (php 525,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Cy 2025 Enhanced National Greening Program (engp) – Protection And Maintenance Of Established Plantation (pmep) Year 2 Project At Biga-a & Parina, Palanas, Masbate (50 Hectares) With Project Id No.: Denrmbmas-engp-pmep2ndyear-ind-2025-002. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources – Masbate Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Shall Be Based On The Approved Work And Financial Plan. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
