The tender includes the delivery of 24 electric cars for home care in Hillerød Municipality. The cars must be delivered on two dates, of which 23 out of the 24 cars must be delivered on 25 September 2025. The last car must be delivered on 28 November 2025. The tender documents stipulate requirements for the maximum length of the offered car model, which must not exceed 4.3 meters in external dimensions. It is also a requirement that the offered car model has an NCAP safety rating of at least 4 stars or equivalent. Other requirements for the offered car model are stated in the other tender documents, including special Appendix 1 - Requirements Specification.

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the supply of LPG to tanks and the installation of tanks, the rental of tanks including service and maintenance, and the subsequent deinstallation/dismantling and removal of a tank installed by the supplier and to any of the Danish Armed Forces establishments in Denmark. LPG constitutes an essential form of supply at a number of Danish Armed Forces establishments, and is used, among other things, for space heating in buildings, high-temperature heating for paint booths, use in kitchen operations and fire training areas, as well as other special heating purposes. The framework agreement is concluded by the Danish Ministry of Defence's Property Board (hereinafter referred to as the "Property Board"). However, all units under the Ministry of Defence, including the Danish Defence Materiel and Procurement Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Materie and Procurement Agency") and all divisions of the Danish Defence that are subject to the command of the Chief of Defence, are entitled to use the Framework Agreement for the purchase of the supply on the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement.
