The required prior work experience for the bidder includes average annual turnover from construction of last three financial years should be > INR 2.27 crore. Alternatively, the bidder can have one “similar work” of value of INR 2.27 crore or more, two “similar works” each of value of INR 1.42 crore or more, or three “similar works” each of value of INR 1.13 crore or more. The “Similar works” for this contract shall be “Any Civil / Finishing Work”. For joint ventures or consortia, the value of work will be considered based on percentage participation of each member. The work experience of only substantial partners (with a share of 26% or more in the JV/Consortium) is considered. Substantial completion is defined as 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract. The bidder needs to provide details of similar works completed, including the contract identification number, award date, completion date, employer's name, and role in the contract. The bidder must indicate the value of the contract as executed by them in their own name, and if the work was done as a joint venture (JV) or consortium, only the value of the work done by the applicant as per their percentage participation must be given. The information to be provided includes the total number of works as per specific clauses, completion cost, currency, equivalent INR at price level, percentage participation in contract (if JV member), and amount in equivalent INR at price level. The bidder also needs to provide reasons for delay, whether on their account or the employer's, in each applicable case. The bidder should have experience in Civil Engineering Construction works. The tenderer should supply information on the maximum value of "similar works" executed in any one year during the last 5 years, updated to the price level of the last day of the month previous to the month in which the tender is submitted, assuming 2% inflation on foreign currency and 5% on Indian currency. The value of successfully completed or substantially completed portions of similar work up to the last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission is considered for qualification. For completed works, the value of work done is updated to the last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission price level, assuming 5% inflation for Indian Rupees every year and 2% for foreign currency portions per year. In case of joint ventures or consortia with foreign partners, the foreign partner must have executed works of total value INR 1.13 crore or more outside their country. The available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last three financial years, updated to the last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission price level. The bid capacity formula is: Available Bid Capacity = 2*A*N - B, where A is the maximum value of construction works executed, N is the number of years, and B is the value of existing commitments for on-going construction works during the period of 02 months. For a group (JV/Consortium/Group), the participation percentage of each member is considered for calculating the bid capacity. If the proposed percentage participation is not mentioned, equal participation is assumed. The bidder needs to submit financial data for the latest last three financial years in a prescribed format, certified by a Chartered Accountant. The value of existing commitments for on-going works during the period of 02 months also needs to be submitted, certified by a Chartered Accountant. The extent of participation by each member of the consortium in terms of percentage of the value of the proposed Contract, maximum value of "similar works" executed in any one year during the last 5 years, and value of the commitments and on-going works, on an yearly basis, pertaining to Civil Engineering Construction Works, to be completed during the next 03 months from the first date of the month of the tender submission, should be provided. The total put together of value INR 1.13 Cr or more outside the country of the foreign partner is also considered. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes three audited financial years to be submitted by the tenderer. The tenderer should have executed at least one of the following: three audited financial years, two "similar works" each of value of INR 1.42 crore or more, or three "similar works" each of value of INR 1.13 crore or more. The bidder should supply information on the maximum value of “similar works” executed in any one year during the last five years. Substantial completion shall be 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract. In case of joint venture/Consortium, full value of the work, if done by the same joint venture, shall be considered. However, if the qualifying work(s) were done by them in JV/Consortium
