Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited Tender

Bidders must have successfully completed work within the last five years, meeting one of the following criteria: at least one similar work valued at ₹57.02 lakh or more; two similar works, each valued at ₹35.63 lakh or more; or three similar works, each valued at ₹28.50 lakh or more. "Similar works" are defined as the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning or maintenance of Environmental Control Systems (ECS), air conditioning work, Tunnel Ventilation Systems (TVS), or Building Management Systems (BMS) in railways, metros, airports, or government infrastructure projects, and operation and maintenance/SITC of at least 40% of the maximum capacity of a single installed chiller in the DMRC network for ECS and air conditioning work. If a joint venture/consortium includes a foreign partner who executed the qualifying work in their home country, that partner must also have completed projects totaling ₹14.26 lakh or more outside their home country. For joint ventures/consortiums, only the substantial partner's (26% or more participation) experience is considered. Substantial completion is defined as 80% or more of the work completed based on the original or revised scope, whichever is less.
