The required prior work experience for the bidder includes specific similar completed works with certain values and percentages of the estimated cost. For specialized items of works, the requirements are: - One similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 1,23,67,874.00. - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 92,75,906.00. - Another option is also available with a value of Rs. 61,83,937.00. For fire alarm & PA system, the requirements are: - One similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 72,56,974.00. - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 54,42,730.00. - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 36,28,487.00. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. A Diploma holder with minimum 10 year relevant experience with a reputed construction company can be treated at par with Graduate Engineers for the purpose of deployment.
