The required prior work experience values are: - Three similar works with each work value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 4,64,68,257/- - Two similar works with each work value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 6,97,02,385/- - One similar work with work value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 9,29,25,714/- The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, for technical staff, the requirements include experience of one similar nature of work for various positions. The percentages mentioned are 40%, 60%, and 80% of the estimated cost for similar works. The time period for considering the prior work experience is the last 7 years.
