The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager with 20 years of experience and having experience of one similar nature of work. - Deputy Project Manager with 12 years of experience and having experience of one similar nature of work. - Project/Site Engineer with 5 or 10 years of experience. - Quality Engineer with 8 years of experience. - Surveyor with 8 years of experience. - Project Planning/Billing Engineer with 6 years of experience. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of more than Rs. 100 crores. The bidder should have completed at least 1/8th, 3/8th, and 3/4th of the whole work within the specified time frames, with a withholding amount of 1.25% of the tendered value of work for failure to achieve each milestone. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed three similar nature of works, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, or two similar nature of works, each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, or one similar nature of work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost in the last 7 years. The estimated cost is Rs 6,60,53,926/-. The specific values for similar works are: - Three similar works with each work value of at least 40% of Rs 6,60,53,926/-, which is Rs 2,64,21,570.40 - Two similar works with each work value of at least 60% of Rs 6,60,53,926/-, which is Rs 3,96,32,355.60 - One similar work with a work value of at least 80% of Rs 6,60,53,926/-, which is Rs 5,28,43,140.80 Similar works refer to construction/repair of footpath/drains.
