- Graduate Engineer with 5 years of experience
- Graduate Engineer or Diploma Holder with 5 years of experience for Project/Site Engineer and Project Planning/Billing Engineer For a cost of work between ₹500 to ₹1000 lakhs, the requirements are:
- Graduate Engineer with 5 years of experience as Principal Technical Representative
- Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer with 5 years of experience for Project/Site Engineer For a cost of work between ₹150 to ₹500 lakhs, the requirements are:
- Graduate Engineer with 5 years of experience as Principal Technical Representative
- Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer with 5 years of experience for Project Planning/Site/Billing Engineer For a cost of work up to ₹150 lakhs, the requirements are:
- Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer with 5 years of experience as Principal Technical Representative (Project Planning/Site/Billing Engineer) The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works of magnitude specified below: - Three similar nature of works each of value not less than 40% of the estimate cost - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost - One work of similar nature of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost in the last 7 years ending previous date of the last date of submission of bids.
The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 4,51,25,719.00. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
