This Is A Sources Sought Notice To Determine The Availability And Technical Capability Of Small Businesses (and Large Businesses If Required) (including The Following Subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Businesses, Hubzone Small Businesses And Woman-owned Small Businesses) To Provide The Required Products And/or Services. the Disa Is Seeking Information From Potential Sources For A Qualified Contractor To Perform Millwork Maintenance To Include Minor Touch Up/repairs Of Scratched Or Damaged Material On A Quarterly Basis In Secure Meeting Spaces During Evening And Potentially Weekend Hours. The Contractor Will Also Perform Biennial Conference Room Table Top Resurfacing At The Contractor Commercial Facility. The Government Intends To Award A Hybrid Contract Utilizing A Firm Fixed Price (ffp) Contract Line Item (clin) With Prospective Price Redetermination That Includes A 12-month Base With Four One-year Options For The Millwork Maintenance. Prospective Price Redetermination Will Be Done At Each Option Year. Additionally, The Government Intends To Award A Ffp Clin For Table Top Refinishing And A Time And Materials Clin For More Significant Repairs.
