The Contract Will Consist Of A Base Year And 4 Option Years; The Period Of Performance For The Base Year Is 01jul24-30jun29 Bunnell Is The Only Source Available To Provide Icu And Patient Box Maintenance Service Agreement That Is A Sole Source Product, Manufactured, Sold, And Distributed Exclusively By Bunnell Inc.the Total Estimated Value Is $205,673.30. Responses To This Notice Must Demonstrate Clear And Convincing Evidence That Competition Would Be Advantageous To The Government, Would Not Be Cost Or Time Prohibitive, And Would Not Hinder The Mission Objective Of Nmcp. The Determination Not To Compete This Proposed Contract Action Is Solely Within The Discretion Of The Government.
