Army Telemedicine And Advanced Technology Research Center (usatatrc) In Executing A Project To: 1. Demonstrate Autonomous Core Capabilities That Can Be Adopted For Use In Support Of Warfighters On The Battlefield Or In Other Civilian And Military, Inpatient And Austere Environments To Improve Health Outcomes And Save Lives In Austere Environments. 2. Provide The Ability To Work With Government, Industry, And Academia To Deliver Solutions To Complex Challenges And Incentivize Cross Industry And Government Collaboration And Outreach To Deliver Healthcare Capabilities For Use In A Variety Of Military Medical Operational Needs. 3. Establish A Data Interoperability Governance Panel Membership From Recognized Experts And Key Stakeholders. 4. Establish Standards And Data Structures For Exchanging Data From Ac2 Research Projects. 5.
