Grmc Is The Sole Hospital On The Island Of Guam That Can Support Neonatal Tpn And Methemoglobin Testing For Neonatal Critical Care Patients. neo-tpn Requires Highly Specialized Formulations Tailored To The Unique Nutritional Needs Of Premature Or Critically Ill Infants. These Formulations Often Involve Specific Concentrations Designed For Critically Ill Neonates. Neo-tpn Solutions Must Be Custom Compounded To Address The Specific Needs Of Each Infant Based On Weight, Gestational Age, And Medical Condition.
