The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works during the last 7 years. The qualifying work criteria are: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 91.28 Lakhs or above of the estimated cost of Rs. 228.20 Lakhs. - Alternatively, two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 114.10 Lakhs or above of the estimated cost of Rs. 228.20 Lakhs. - Alternatively, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 182.56 Lakhs or above of the estimated cost of Rs. 228.20 Lakhs. Additionally, at least one similar work of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 91.28 Lakhs or above of the estimated cost of Rs. 228.20 Lakhs) should have been successfully completed with a Central Government Department, State Government Department, or other specified authorities. The bidder needs to provide details of similar works, including contract price, actual completion cost, and performance certificate. The value of executed similar work(s) should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of the work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
