Advance Procurement Notice Facilities Maintenance And Support Services 22 Wing Cfb North Bay (with Security Requirements) Purpose Of This Advance Procurement Notice This Is Not A Bid Solicitation. This Is An Advance Notice Of A Potential Contract With Anticipated Security Requirements To Provide Interested Facility Maintenance Contractors An Opportunity To Begin The Sponsorship Request Process For Potentially Obtaining The Required Security Clearance(s) That Are Anticipated. Note That There Is No Guarantee That This Contract Will Proceed Or That Any Security Clearance(s) Will Be Granted Under The Sponsorship Process In A Timely Fashion Or Otherwise. Description Of The Project The Facility Maintenance Services Contract Will Require Multi-trade And Single Trade Contractors To Provide Services For Approximately 85 Buildings Of Varying Size And Complexity Across 2 Sites Under Real Property Operations (rp Ops) Det North Bay. Approximately 80 Of The 85 Buildings Are Located At Cfb North Bay With Others Located At Short Range Development (srd) Located 30 Km’s West Of North Bay. The Estimated Project Value Is $2,700,000 Per Year. It Is Anticipated That The Initial Contract Will Be Setup For 5 Years, With 6 Additional Years Of Renewal Options (total Opportunity Of Approximately $29.7m And 11 Years). It Is Anticipated That The Procurement For This Project Will Be Initiated In January 2025. This Is Conditional On The Contract Receiving Approval To Proceed By The Department Of National Defence (dnd). Description Of The Services The Contract Will Consist Of Facilities Management And Maintenance Services That Include Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, And Repairs Of Equipment And Systems, Not Necessarily Limited To The Following: Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning And Refrigeration Systems
