The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Average annual financial turnover during the last three years should be at least Rs. 2252 Lakhs. 2. Experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, with options such as: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 3003 Lakhs (Excl. GST). - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 3754 Lakhs (Excl. GST). - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 6006 Lakhs (Excl. GST). 3. For similar works, the bidder needs to provide information on the value and number of similar works completed in the last 7 years. 4. The bidder should have experience in similar works, with the lead member of a Joint Venture (JV) having executed at least one similar work costing 40% of the estimated cost, which is: - Rs. 91.25 lakhs for one tug. - Rs. 3003 lakhs (40% of estimated cost, excluding GST) as per the Minimum Eligibility Criteria. 5. The bidder should have completed similar works, with specific values such as: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 91.25 Lakhs (excluding GST). - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 114.06 Lakhs (excluding GST). - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 182.50 Lakhs (excluding GST). 6. The percentage of similar works completed is 40% of the estimated cost. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last seven years, and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed in the next 'N' years, using the formula: Assessed Available Bid capacity = A X N X 2 - B. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value.
