Average Annual Financial Turnover During The Last Three Years Ending 31st March Of The Previous Financial Years, Should Be At Least Rs. 408.80 Million (excluding Gst). Ca Certified Document For Financial Turnover Details To Be Uploaded Failing Which Bid Will Be Considered Non-responsive. (the Relevant Audited Balance Sheets And Profit And Loss Statement Certified By Chartered Accountant For Meeting Qualification Criteria Shall Be Submitted Along With Tender). 2. Experience Of Having Successfully Completed Similar Works During Last 7 Years Ending Last Day Of Month Previous To The One In Which Applications Are Invited Should Be Either Of The Following: Three Similar Completed Dredging Work Of Value, Each Work Costing Not Less Than Rs. 545 Million (excluding Gst/ Vat) Or Involving Dredging Quantity Of 2.89m. Cum Quantity. Or Two Similar Completed Dredging Work Of Value, Each Work Costing Not Less Than Rs. 681.25 Million Excluding Gst/vat) Or Involving Dredging Quantity Of 3.62 M Cum Quantity. Or One Similar Completed Dredging Work Of Value Costing Not Less Than Rs. 1090 Million (excluding Gst/ Vat) Or Involving Dredging Quantity Of 5.78 M. Cum Quantity. I. Similar Completed Dredging Works Means Successfully Completed Dredging And Capability Of Offshore Disposal Of Dredged Soil Using Suitable Dredging Equipment. Ii. The Value Of Similar Works Completed By The Tenderer Will Be Brought To Current Cost Level By Enhancing The Actual Value Of Work With The Multiplication Factor With Reference To Escalation Based On Wpi As Detailed Below For Assessing The Eligibility Of The Tenderer Under Experience. If The Bidder Executed The Work In Private Organization, Bidder Has To Submit Necessary Tds (tax Deduction Certificate) Against The Executed Works Issued By Competent Authority. Iv. If The Similar Work Is Executed As Sub-contractor, It Is Mandatory To Upload The Sub-contract Permission Letter Obtained From The Govt./public Sector Officer In Case Work Belongs To The Govt./public Sector, Or From The Owner Of The Project In Case Work Belongs To Private Organization. Also The Completion Certificate/form 3a Authenticated By Concern Govt./public Sector Officer Or Owner Of The Project Shall Be Uploaded Along With Tds Certificate Deducted For That Particular Work Issued By The Competent Authority Shall Be Submitted Along With Bid Submission. 3. The Bidder Shall Possess By Absolute Ownership / Chartered The Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (tshd) Of Total Capacity Not Less Than 10000 Cu. M. Hopper Capacity (with Not Exceeding Two Numbers Out Of Which One Tshd Should Be Minimum 7400 Cu.m. Hopper Capacity) 4. The Bidder Shall Possess By Absolute Ownership /chartered Suitable Equipment (such As Grab /grab Hopper / Backhoe Dredger /csd And Their Hopper Barge / Tug). Integrity Pact Agreement & Bid Security / Emd And Copies / Receipt Of Tender Fees Shall Be Submitted In Electronic Format Through On Line (by Scanning) While Uploading The Cover I (preliminary Bid) Of The Bid. If Not, Their Bid Will Not Be Considered For Evaluation. Integrity Pact Agreement Need To Be Submitted Online During Preliminary Bid Stage (cover-i) Duly Scanned, Stamped, Signed And Dated Along With Two Witness Name, Address And Signatures (to Be Furnished By The Bidder) As Per Format Available In Tender Document During Preliminary Bid Stage (cover-i) Failing Which Bid Submitted By The Bidder Will Be Considered Non-responsive. In Case Of Jv, Integrity Pact Agreement Must Be In The Name Of The Jv With All Parties Of Jv Must Provide Stamp And Signature Along With Two Witness Name, Address And Signature (to Be Furnished By The Jv) Without Which Their Bid Will Be Treated As Non-responsive. Also, Jv Agreement With Percentage Share Document Must Be Uploaded In Cover-i As Well.
