Description A. Project Description This Project Requires The Procurement Of A Qualified And Competent Iso 9001:2015 Certification Body Which Will Ensure That The Current Quality Management System Established By Dbp Leasing Corp. (dbp-lc), Conforms To The Standards Prescribed Under Iso 9001:2015. Dbp-lc As The Procuring Entity Shall Be Utilizing ‘small Value Procurement’ As The Mode Of Procurement For This Project. All Costs And Expenses For The Planning, Preparation And Finalization Of The Training, Inclusive Of Taxes, And Other Fees Due To The Philippine Government, Shall Form Part Of The Acquisition Cost. The Dbp-lc Shall Be Provided With Copies Of All Training Materials Used For Reference. B. Objectives To Conduct And Undertake A Review Of All Current Processes Of The Organization To Verify Their Conformity To The Iso 9001:2015 Standards As A Prerequisite To The Awarding Of Its Iso Certification. C. Duration Of The Project The Project Is To Be Completed Within Thirty (30) Working Days From Receipt By The Winning Services Provider Of The Notice Of Award/notice To Proceed (ntp). D. Services To Be Performed Dbp-lc Hereby Engages The Services Of A Certification Body To Undertake All Necessary Processes That Are Needed In Order To Certify That All Processes And Systems Of Dbp-lc Conform To Standards Prescribed Under Iso 9001:2015. E. Methodology The Certification Audit Will Be Conducted In Two (2) Stages: 1. Pre-audit Stage Which Will Cover: A. Review Of The Internal Audit Results Conducted By The Company’s Iqa Team B. Any Non-conformities Should Be Closed Before The Certification Audit C. A Management Review Should Have Been Conducted To Discuss The Findings Of The Iqa Team. 2. Audit Proper F. Eligibility Requirements Any Entity Seeking To Submit Its Proposal Or Quotation In Regard To This Procurement Must Have Been In The Business Of Conducting Iso 9001:2015 Certification Audits For At Least Five (5) Years. G. Deliverables The Certifying Body To Issue The Iso 9001:2015 Certificate H. Procurement Mode Small Value Procurement Under Sec. 53.9 Of The Irr Of Ra 9184, As Supplemented By Annex “h” I. Source Of Fund Corporate Operating Budget (og) – Qms Re-certification Audit J. Terms Of Payment Fifty (50%) Percent Upon Signing Of Contract Remaining Fifty (50%) Before The Release Of Certificate K.
